Sobre a utilização do aplicativo:
– Para utilizar este aplicativo é necessário que o usuário esteja previamente cadastrado por seu departamento de Recursos Humanos, bem como a empresa em que trabalha precisa
da autorização dos respectivos sindicatos, conforme a Portaria 373/2011 do MTE.
Sobre as opções do aplicativo:
– As opções presentes na home do aplicativo são customizáveis, ou seja, o RH de cada empresa é responsável por configurar quais opções deseja disponibilizar para cada grupo
de funcionários. Caso alguma opção, que seja importante, não apareça na home, será preciso contatar o seu RH para que o mesmo habilite em seu aparelho através do
sistema;
Sobre a geolocalização:
– Erros de geolocalização são derivados da falhas de conexão do próprio aparelho com a rede, ou seja, a geolocalização no aplicativo é apenas uma informação coletada da
rede;
Sobre o login no aplicativo:
– O aplicativo ifPonto Cell foi desenvolvido para registrar o ponto individualmente, ou seja, apenas 1 usuário cadastrado por aparelho. Para pessoas que possuem dois ou mais
cadastros, recomendamos realizar o registro de ponto pelo ifPonto Log;
Sobre erros do aplicativo:
– Muitos erros são resultantes da falta de atualizações, tanto do aplicativo quanto do sistema operacional Android do próprio celular, os quais corrigem erros e aumentam a
segurança, assim como qualquer outro aplicativo. É muito importante manter o ifPonto Cell sempre atualizado e verificar se o sistema operacional Android do aparelho também
está atualizado.
Sobre a recuperação de senha:
– A recuperação da senha de acesso só é possível através do contato direto com o RH da empresa. Por se tratar de um aplicativo integrado a um sistema maior, há questões de
segurança que precisam ser consideradas, já que são dados sensíveis que estão transitando na rede. Essa é a razão pela qual a recuperação de senha não pode ser realizada
diretamente pelo usuário.
Sobre ajuda para resolver problemas:
– Nós compreendemos que certos problemas na utilização do aplicativo podem gerar frustração, resultando em avaliações negativas, ainda que na maioria das vezes, os problemas
relatados nas baixas avaliações  não são causadas pelo aplicativo. Apesar disso, procuramos entender todas as ocorrências apontadas pelos usuários e seguimos
trabalhando em melhorias de segurança, interface e praticidade para tornar o ifPonto Cell no melhor e mais completo aplicativo para registro de ponto.
Sobre os recursos do ifPonto Cell:
– Marcação do ponto com foto e recurso de biometria facial;
– Controle da mobilidade de marcação do ponto com geolocalização e geodelimitação;
– Acesso direto do colaborador ao espelho de ponto atualizado;
– Registro do sentimento do colaborador no momento de marcação do ponto;
– Resumo das marcações realizadas que estão pendentes e sincronizadas;
– Envio automático do comprovante da marcação do ponto por e-mail.

recommend performing the point registration using the ifPonto Log;
About application errors:
– Many errors are the result of lack of updates, both for the application and the Android operating system of the phone itself, which fix errors and increase security, just
like any other application. It is very important to keep ifPonto Cell always up to date and check if the device's Android operating system is also up to date.
About password recovery:
– Access password recovery is only possible through direct contact with the company's HR. As it is an application integrated into a larger system, there are security issues
that need to be considered, as it is sensitive data that is transiting the network. This is the reason why password recovery cannot be performed directly by the user.
About help solving problems:
– We understand that certain issues in using the app can lead to frustration, resulting in negative ratings, even though most of the time, the problems reported in the low
